The HCA program approval application process consists of 3 simple steps:

STEP 1: Submit the HCA Application for Review Fee
Please do not proceed to Step 2 until you have submitted your payment.
STEP 2: Gather Documents
Before you begin the online application in STEP 3 below, please be sure to have the following documents and information available:
- Program Outline
- List of required reading materials
- Final Exam
- Founder Bio: To include relevant experience & education for each founder.
- Instructor Bio: To include relevant experience & education for each instructor (if different from founder information)
- If we cannot pass a module without completing work or quizzes, please provide us with a key so we can navigate the program in a time efficient manner.
Note: Once your application has been reviewed and deemed "In Good Order" you will receive an email requesting access to your program in the form of username and log in information or hard copies of your material (for physical school locations only). This may take up to two business days.
