The Health Coach Alliance (HCA) is committed to providing a professional environment in which individuals are treated fairly, respectfully and without discrimination.

Harassment: A course of unwelcome conduct or comments that is known, or reasonably ought to be known, to be unwelcome, including harassment based on a protected personal characteristic.

Complaints involving workplace violence or harassment will be addressed in accordance with HCA's applicable Anti-Violence and Harassment policies.
